5768 Posts. Posted - 09/23/2008 : 09:22:19 AM. Has anyone else been seeing issues with Blue Bird's quality control as of late? Electrical bugs, poor paint finish, leaks, rusty stainless steel stepwells, rusty door bottoms, rusty tops of wheelwells. I also hear nightmares about getting parts.
